Yuengling being America's oldest brewery seems to be very unpopular in the north east. The reason being that the distributors had a disagreement over the bottle and yuengling no longer sells in CT, MA, RI, NH, VT, or ME. I go to great lengths to my Yuenling because it is absolutely amazing. Love the beer. Whenever I'm visiting my bro in MD im sure to bring a few cases home. They don't last long in my household. Yuengling has light beers, lagers, light lagers, black and tans, traditionals, premiums, ales, and porter. I must admit, I haven't had them all, but so far the porter kicks ass. Anytime you are west of CT I would highly recommend trying Yuengling porter, traditional, or lager. They are so delicious and quite cheap too.

Big Yuengling fan and I think we should add Yuengling light to the list of recommended beers. Blackberry Wheat by Longtrail, a microbrewery in VT., should also be thrown into the conversation of an smooth yet refined flavorful beer. Enjoy.

ReplyDeleteI had a great time drinking Yuengling a few years back, when I was in St. Augustine. They had great deals on it in all of the bars and besides that it is actually a pretty tasty brew!
